Homogenizer Structure:
1): Power End
1.1 Driving: two-stage gear boxfirst stage, the triangle belt drive, second stage, crank gear symmetrical transmission; Special alloy bearing, bilateral Rolling bearing, horizontal smooth, low noise, mechanical efficiency is increased by about 10% on average.
1.2 Lubricating: Automatic splash lubrication and oil pump lubrication, safe and reliable.
2). Liquid End
1.1 Pump: three way type, gland radial self sealing, durable, no leakage
1.2 Plunge: 3 plunge, durable, safe, easy dis-assembly
1.3 Checking valve: Poppet valve in and out each 3 sets, total 6 sets, Durable, reliable, make sure flow is over rated flow.
